  • the results were formed by acts and protocols. There are some examples:

l.On January 1992 in Tashkent air technique base extrasense G.P.Grabovoi made the next work for determination of the defects and disrepair in plane construction elements threatening the flight safety no found when service. As a result of experiment the commission come to the conclusion;

PART 1. The results of experiment purity checking.

At the beginning of work G.P.Grabovoi had no any information about caisson tanks condition of diagnosed planes and he didn’t used any traditional methods and apparatus for determination of caisson tank leaks.

PART 2.The statistics and results of experiment.

The purpose of the work was to determine the courses of leaks and to give the recommendations for their illumination. G.P.Grabovoi made the diagnosis oil leak zone condition in the TU-154 N 85370 plane where the works for leak illumination were doing at the Avian technical Base /shop N2/ on the demand given 6 October 1992 by Engineer Informative Center of Avian Technical Base, gave the next axtrasensetive information:

“As a result of first refuel there are no leaks on the left halfwing in joint zone of removable wing part to centerplan /under/ and on the right halfwing in the roof part of third rid up of vibration absorber stanchion /in a zone of lift fastening/.

Functioned according to contract N14/92 signed at 04 July 1992 between State

Scientific Production Enterprise “PROGRES” and Uzbek Republic National Aircompany “Uzbekistan havo iulary” realized the checking of Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi’s abilities to describe the events took place in the past and future exactly .

As a result of experiment the commission come to the conclusion. PART 1. The results of experiment purity checking.

Before the putting the tusk to G.P.Grabovoi he had no any data about V.F.Balakirev’s official missions and V.F. Balakirev’s didn’t knew who the first be met on 25 November 1992 in Zaravshan and only one MI-2 helicopter be reminded on operative point in Zaravshan to his arrival.

Neither V.F.Balakirev no any body didn’t knew about the declinations was discovered by G.P.Grabovoi in a stayed helicopter. PART 2.The statistics and experimental results.

With a Balakirev’sV.F presence G.P.Grabovoi determined the time and high of a flight zone at a time of V.F.Balakirev’s official mission. The date of G.P.Grabovoi’s work is on 17 November 1992, the period of Balakirev’s official mission is from 13 November 1992 to 16 November 1992. Before the V.F. Balakirev’sofficial mission in Zaravshan city from 25 November 1992 to 28 November 1992 G.P.Grabovoi was giving his extrasensetive information of the next content during the five minutes:

  1. The man who be the first to meet V.F.Balakirev on25 November 1992 in Zaravshan city
  2. The region of one MI-2 helicopter observation based on operative point Zeravshan,

was described.

PART 3.The confirmation of experimental results.

After the V.F. Balakirev’s official mission from 25 November 1992 to 28 November 1992 in Zaravshan turned out the next:

1 .After flight in Zaravshan city V.F.Balakirev met at first the man whose appearance conformed to the one described by G.P.Grabovoi completely. V.F.Balakirev didn’t planned this meeting.

2.On 25 November V.F.Balakirev planned to check two MmmI-2 helicopter, board numbers N20302 and N23261, based on Zuravshan operative point. But really as it was shown by G P. Grabovoi’s before the official mission only one helicopter MI-2 board number N20302 was on the place. It turned out that the second helicopter flew in Ugrenge on 25 November to the end of month. By the way at 23 November 1992 when G.P.Grabovoi made his extrasensetive prognosis nobody new that the helicopter MI-2, board number N23261 be fly to Ugrenge as this flight was not planned at 25November 1992.1.t G.P.Grabovoi new the future event at the transmission of his extrasensetive prognosis and it was not planned at the moment information transmission. The inspection of helicopter made by V.F.Balakirev come to discovering of prognosed declination that was illuminated before the flight. The helicopter flight finished successfully.

Properly, as it is clear from V.F.Balakirev’s official mission results the G.P. Grabovoi’s extrasensetive information confirmed completely. As a result of data consideration the commission come to the conclusions: -it follows from V.F. Balakirev’s official mission the extrasensetive information confirmed completely;

  • as it follows from comparison the information given by extrasense G.P.Grabovoi and information given by participants and wetness G.P.Grabovoi described as the future events so events took place in the past;

-evidently G.P.Grabovoi received his information just with a help of his clairvoyance as the meeting the man took place at 25 November 1992 in Zaravshan was casual ,the second helicopter flew from Zaravshan operative point out of the plan and the noted declinations on the helicopter was known by G.P.Grabovoi only. The commission recommends:

  • to draw extrasense Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi for help to commission of air accidents cause investigations for their quick and exact determination.

Functioned according to contract N 3 at 07 January 1993 on the subject: :” The study of influence the air plane technical equipment over the pilots in flight processes for flight safety rise” realized the check of extrasense Grabovoi Grigori Petrovich abilities to determinate the courses of accidents extrasensetively.

As a result commission came to the next conclusion:

PART l.The results of experiment purity check.

Before the putting the task extrasense G.P.Grabovoi had no any information about accident.

PART 2. The statistics and experimental results.

According to order N 163 at 17 May to investigate the accident with the helicopter KA-26 N 19501, extrasense G.P.Grabovoi was given the information to determinate the causes of serious accident and to describe the man’s appearance who is guilty of accident taking into account concomitant causes. On 17 May before the departure to the place of accident some recommendations was given to G.P.Grabovoi on the of working version taking into account the flight parameters register and board microphone are absent and it permitted to collect the necessary facts and to limit the circle of necessary witnesses and it was the base of successful investigation in the conditions of desert and summer heat and transport difficulties on the neighbor state territory /Turkmaniston Republic/.

The chief of commission leading pilot inspector of investigation department received the next information from G.P.Grabovoi:

  1. The cause of accident depend of crew carelessness and of failure to take quickly actions according to situation because of pilot tiredness.
  2. To question the man corresponding the description given to chief of commission according to official obligations.

PART 3. The confirmation of experimental results.

All recommendations coincided with cause accident fact data and the man appearance description given to chief of commission coincided with air vessel commander Nazarov portrait

As a result the commission came to the conclusions:

– it follows from comparison the information given by extrasense G.P.Grabovoi and the information received during the investigation that G.P.Grabovoi determinate the cause of KA-26 N19501 helicopter accident took place at 17May 1993 exactly

The commission recommends:

Taking into account a full coincidence the information given by G.P.Grabovoi with reality to draw G.P.Grabovoi for help of commission before the start of investigation to cut the working time and period of investigations and to receive full accident information.
