Of experimental checks of GrigoriPetrovich Grabovoi’s Abilities to do extrasensetive diagnosis of caisson tanks of planes.
Staff of expert commission: The president Balakirev V.F., leading pilot-inspector of inquiry department of General State Regulative and supervision inspection of Uzbek Republic Civil Aviation Members of commission:
- Saulkin V.M., Chief of informative-engineer center of air-technical base of Uzbek Republic National Aircompany.
- Nemtsov S.V., Chief engineer of informative-engineer center of air-technical base of Uzbek Republic National Aircompany.
- Krivonosov V.M., Chief of juridical department of Uzbek Republic National Aircompany.
Functioned according to contract N14/92 signed at 04 July 1992 between State Scientific Production Enterprise “PROGRES” and Uzbek Republic National Aircompany “Uzbekiston havo iulary” realized the checking of Grigori Petrovich Grabovoi’s abilities to make extrasensetive diagnoses of caisson tanks of planes.
As a result of experiment the commission come to the conclusion;
PART 1. The results of experiment purity checking.
At the beginning of work G.P.Grabovoi had no any information about caisson tanks condition of diagnosed planes and he didn’t used any traditional methods and apparatus for determination of caisson tank leaks.
PART 2.The statistics and results of experiment.
The purpose of the work was to determine the courses of leaks and to give the recommendations for their illumination. G.P.Grabovoi made the diagnosis oil leak zone condition in the TU-154 N 85370 plane where the works for leak illumination were doing at the Avian technical Base /shop N2/ on the demand given 6 October 1992 by Engineer Informative Center of Avian Technical Base, gave the next axtrasensetive information:
G.P.Grabovoi gave the next extrasensetive information:
“As a result of first refuel there are no leaks on the left halfwing in joint zone of removable wing part to centerplan /under/ and on the right halfwing in the roof part of third rid up of vibration absorber stanchion /in a zone of lift fastening/.
The information was given after finishing of noted regions germetisation before the refuel the plane.
Additionally G.P.Grabovoi gave the prognosis on the future several flights: ” Some flights later the right halfwing leak be appeared become dimmed at ones and as evident after.”
PART 3.The confirmation of the experimental experiment.
The extrasensetive G.P.Grabovoi’s information was confirmed completely So both G.P.Grabovoi’s extrasensetive information confirmed completely . There was no leak after the first refuel. Some flights was made without of remarks. 23 November the note about right halfwing leak appeared in a refusal card.
As a result of data consideration the commission come to the next conclusions:
- P.Grabovoi diagnoses no just present caisson tank condition exactly but daes his prognoses for future appearance of leaks. The commission recommends:
- to draw the extrasense Grabovoi GrigoriPetrovich for extrasensetive diagnoses of the plane caisson tank leaks and simultaneously to look over the future for defect illumination preventing works.
